- If data is downloaded to a PC, the resultant “CR1000_Table1.dat” file is, for example, 150 kB in size. Is 150 kB necessarily its size on the CR1000? Is there any type of data compression being used?

- The measurement instructions will likely remain the same but in addition to the multiplier and offset, the type of pulse may change for the wind speed and the excitation voltage may change for the wind direction. The manual easily explains how the logger needs to be programmed.

- I'm trying to interface with a 21X (s/n 3329) with an IBM thinkpad, using an SC32B connected to a radioshack RS-232 to USB adapeor. This connection has worked with two CR10X dataloggers and a CR10 datalogger. However, it does not work with the 21X. Do you have any suggestions?
