Resumen

As a digital-only version of the original SunSentry™, the SunSentry 20 features an AC power input inside the main enclosure instead of a separate AC pull box. Specifically designed to support the irradiance and weather reporting needs of utility-scale solar farms, this solar operational meteorological (met) monitoring station provides weather reporting data for a wide variety of applications.

The SunSentry 20 establishes a new chapter of met station design and ease of use. Each station is standardized, stocked, follows the industry requirements of IEC 61724-1:2021, and exceeds IEC 61000-4-5 Class 4 surge immunity levels. Station installation is made easy via pile-mountable hardware, bulkhead connectors, and the renowned SunSentry web user interface (UI).

Note: Some of the SunSentry 20 images are shown with optional mounting hardware, solar panels, and sensors that are sold separately.

Descripción detallada

The two bulkhead-mounted, five-pin M12 connectors provide two independent communications channels. One channel supports the met tower sensors, whereas the other channel supports the solar panel array sensors.

Compatibilidad

The SunSentry 20 is digital, RS-485 compatible only.

The SunSentry 20 supports a single sensor array in addition to a standard array of met sensors. Adapters must be used with Campbell Scientific's RS485CBL system. Sensors must be daisy-chained to the SunSentry 20 for fast, simple installation.
