With some exceptions, unused products may be returned within 60 days of purchase with prior authorisation (RMA) by Campbell Scientific Ltd. Returned products must be resalable as new. A restock fee will be charged. Credit will be given only to the billing party on the invoice. Credit will not be given for cables or tubing cut to user-defined lengths or for services performed on products, such as extended temperature testing. Before returning any product please contact one of our application engineers to check if we will take your item back and, if appropriate, to obtain your RMA number.
