To have directly suspended solids, you need to calibrate the sensor to sediment samples from the site. Chapter 8 in the OBS300 manual describes the whole process.

Ok thanks

I red the manual but there says "Insitu Calibration". In that item, we have to buy the kit to calibration with you?

You need a water tank that keeps the sediment well mixed and suspended. You can assemble one yourself.

You can use a record player to rotate the tank, and a dril for the mixer. A paint mixer drill bit works pretty well. It is recommended to build a frame to hold the drill in place.

Use a black plastic water tank.
