Check the Products section of this website for information about the temperature measurement sensors Campbell sells.  If you are looking for additional infomation, I suggest going to Omega.com.  They have a wealth of technical information and have an extensive selection of sensors, probes, wire and connectors.

A couple of comments I will make regarding thermocouples in general use.  I install both type K and type T thermocouples.  For most of my work the Type T covers the expected temperature ranges and I use K only when the limits of Type T may be exceeded.  If you are making your own sensors from thermcouple wire, keep in mind that the preferred method is to weld the wires together.  However, for most applications with Type T it is acceptable to make a small solder joint instead of welding.  Type K does not solder very well and welding is preferable.

If you are making a quick measurement in a clean environment you may get away with simply twising the ends of the wire to form a thermocouple sensor.  However, this method should not be used for long term or critical measurements as the wires will corrode resulting in a bad connection and inaccurate readings.

Campbell doesn't stock type K thermocouple wire, because there are different insulation types for different temperature ranges. It would be a lot of different parts to stock.

Omega manufactures the wire. They also sell prebuilt thermocouple probes. Special Limits of Error (SLE) wire is the better accuracy tolerance wire.
