NL240 Wi-Fi Problem

I have been having a problem connecting my NL240 to the Wi-Fi network. The device successfully connects using the Device configuration utility however a "NL240 failed wifi sys init" pops up in the status box and no SSIDs are listed in the wifi tab.

Has anyone else ever seen this?

I've seen this before. There are only two fixes available for the user. First, try loading the latest OS in the NL240. It is located here: https://www.campbellsci.com/nl240

If that doesn't work, please call Campbell Scientific for technical support. This error message could mean you have a bad unit.

Thanks, I've updated the OS but still no Wi-Fi networks. I'll talk to support.
