I'm working with Eddy covariance data collected by CR3000 datalogger. My timestamp data file is overwritten and doesn't get processed by File format converter when I try to convert the big file into 30-min timestamp files. I used split to delete the overwritten records but the file format converter doesn't read the files created by Split (.PRN, .RPT, .DAT) and returns no binary file detected. Please let me know how can I resolve this issue. Any help is appreciated.
