Has anyone else had any issues with getting PPPOpen to work reliably on the CR350? We are seeing that the PPP session does not appear to start intermittently - there is no data traffic at all on the com port when the PPP session should be starting. The same modems work fine on other loggers. RSSI is good (18 for 3G) & when it does start the connection is good. We are using Com2 as RS232 port has an RF412 connected to it
Have you correctly replaced some parameters in the settings for the different connection to the COM2 port?
have you tried to see what traffics on com2 through the menu in the logger, terminal and option w?
