ftp stream with sc-wmi, cr6 and fastrack xtend fxt009

Hi,

It is possible to use sc-wmi interface to link cr6 ( with sc12) to a fastrack xtend fxt009 modem ?

I just want to achieve daily ftp push.

Normaly I should use a sc105 but can it works with sc-wmi ?

Theoretically is should work as long as you limit the baud rate to 38400 or less and enable COMME as the PPP port and there are no other devices connected to the CR6 CSI/O port at the same time..

We have not done any testing with the FXT009 for many years though so I cannot vouch for its reliability.

I would advise you get the latest operating system for the CR6 too (available from this website).
