We will install a series of individual stations for soil monitoring (4 TDR's+Precipitation+Temperature+Relative Humidity probes) using a CR300 datalogger. These will be kind of isolated in the field. I plan to use one solar panel SP10 + one 7 Ah battery in each point, but I am not sure about this set-up (electronics is not part of my background). Which could be the problem of not using a solar panel without regulator? or which could be the best configuration for these kind of application.
