The standard tower base consists of three galvanised steel legs, approximately 0.7m long, which are designed to be concreted into a hole 0.5m square by 0.5m deep. The legs also act as a pivot, and so the tower can be easily tilted or lowered to the ground if required. The ATW3 comes complete with a lightning spike. An optional full grounding kit, consisting of grounding rods, clamps and cable is available for 'high risk' areas.
