A third-party anemometer measures wind speed and direction at Hurricane House. Because the CR1000X datalogger is built on an open platform, it can integrate with third-party sensors, providing flexibility for how the measurement system is built. Together with the TempVue 20, BaroVue 10, RainVue 20, and HygroVue 10, the system captures wind, temperature, pressure, rainfall, and humidity measurements as storms pass through.
