Resumen
El SC115 es un dispositivo ligero y portátil de 2Gb de capacidad que permite aumentar la memoria del datalogger o transportar datos desde el logger al PC. Se puede usar con nuestros dataloggers más actuales (excepto serie CR200X) y es el único dispositivo de almacenamiento compatible con los dataloggers CR800 y CR850.

Descripción detallada
El SC115 es un módulo electrónico compacto con puerto USB 2.0 para conexión a PC y al puerto CS I/O 9-pin del datalogger. El SC115 se puede conectar directamente al PC o al datalogger, o mediante los alargos suministrados.
El SC115 se utiliza habitualmente como dispositivo de almacenamiento externo, pero también se puede utilizar como adaptador (SDC) de USB a CS I/O. Como adaptador USB a CS I/O, el SC115 soporta comunicaciones directas entre un datalogger Campbell Scientific y un PC con puerto USB. Sin embargo, el SC115 no dispone de aislamiento óptico y por tanto es mejor usarlo únicamente para comunicaciones con un PC portátil. El dispositivo SC-USB, también comunica con el puerto USB del PC pero este si dispone de aislamiento óptico.

Conexiones
El SC115 tiene un puerto CS I/O para conexión al datalogger y puerto USB para conexión al PC. Puede conectar el SC115 al PC o datalogger de forma directa o con los cables suministrados. En el envío, se incluye un cable SC12 CS I/O y un cable USB.
Programación datalogger
Se debe utilizar la instrucción del CRBasic TableFile para que los datos se almacenen en la memoria del SC115. Con nuestra utilidad Device Configuration (DevConfig) se puede configurar, cargarle un nuevo OS, y asignarle la dirección SDC. CRBasic y DevConfig forman parte de nuestros paquetes de software LoggerNet y PC400.

The available storage can be augmented by adding an NL115 or a CFM100 with an industrial-grade CompactFlash memory card. An SC115 CS I/O-to-USB Flash Memory Drive can also be used.

On the Outputs page of the Short Cut program generator, each table has an option to send the data to an SC115.

The SC115 can be used in three ways:
- It can be used as a portable CompactFlash drive to transport data between locations.
- It can remain connected to the datalogger as a 2G memory expansion.
- It can be used as a USB-to-CS I/O adapter for general communication with a datalogger’s CS I/O port.
When used as a memory device, the TableFile() instruction must be included in the program. The SC115 cannot be used as a USB-to-CS I/O adapter and as a memory storage device at the same time.

The SC115 works with any Campbell Scientific datalogger that has a CS I/O terminal.

As long as the program running in the data logger has the TableFile() instruction in at least one data table, the data logger will automatically download the appropriate data to the SC115.
