Can't connect with CR1000

I'm trying to connect CR1000 with my NB, using RS232 via Loggernet.
But it failed and come up some information as the picture show.

I have searched the forum but have no idea how can I solve this problem.
Please help...

An "unreachable" indicates that attempts to address the datalogger are failing.  The following are the most common reasons for this:

  - You are using the wrong serial port

  - The datalogger is configured to use a fixed baud rate and the baud rate LoggerNet is using does not match.

  - The datalogger does not have power.

  - You are using the wrong type of cable or one or more conductors or pins of that cable are broken.

  - The datalogger is assigned a PakBus address that does not match the one configured in LoggerNet.
