Descripción detallada

The BP7 is a 7 Ahr, sealed rechargeable battery. This battery is shipped with the following:

  • pn 17374 cable
  • pn 10508 enclosure mounting bracket
  • Four screws
  • Four grommets

The 17374 cable terminates in pigtails that attach to the datalogger's terminal strip or the MorningStar regulator (a component of the 25295 power supply).

When used with the CR200(X) series, remember that the 17365 is too large for the ENC200 enclosure. It can be housed in any of our standard environmental enclosures (e.g., ENC10/12, ENC12/14).

Preguntas frecuentes

Número de FAQs relacionadas con BP7: 2

  1. Look for a stamp on top of the battery. The stamp should be in a date format of YYMMDDXX where:

    • YY is the year.
    • MM is the month.
    • DD is the day.
    • XX is the manufacturing plant.

This indicates the age of the battery.

To evaluate the condition of the battery:

    1. Charge the battery.
    2. Let the battery sit for a couple of hours.
    3. Measure the open circuit voltage to get an estimated indication of condition.
  2. This depends on the current drain of the system. For more information, see the “Power Supplies” application note.
